What is causing my fuzzy/vibrating computer screen?

My laptop screen wont even light up?

  • i have a toshiba lap top and unfortunately last year in october my friend stepped on it causing a crack in the screen, but the computer itself worked just fine. although i should have gotten it fixed right away i didn't have the money for a new screen because i would have to pay for it myself. needless to say, the crack started spreading across the screen and it took up so much of the screen i would plug my laptop into my tv for a screen. i could still slightly see what was happening in my computer screen ,so the other day i went to turn on my computer as usual, i was horrified to see the screen would not light up at all. when i plugged it into my tv,the screen said no signal. is it fried forever? can i even get this fixed? i have all my music,pictures, writing and other and important documents i want off it it but i cant see anything to put them on drives! help me please!!! thanks=]

    Yeah wow I actually had the same problem however it was a different incident and I just brought it to geek squad and they fixed it within 10 minutes so they just repaired it with no charge

I also had a similar problem and also had a laptop branded TOSHIBA when its no signal that means its not getting connectivity through out the computer for example like mouse cant connect because the signal is broken. So.. what im thinking since you didn't get it fixed right away it caused your laptop to suffer each day and slowly losing signal. hope this helped
