Annoying, occasional flickering on my monitor?

Dell ST2010 BLK Monitor flickering and sparking in the top left corner !! Please help !!!?

Hello i have a Dell ST2010 BLK monitor ... Yesterday i just switched on my computer and when i did that ... I noticed that my screen was flickering .. And also i could hear continous sparking from the top left of the monitor .. Also when i touched d top left part that part had become hot ... And the screen is continuously flickering ... I have tried this monitor qith my pc , laptop and dvd player ... With all of them i had the sparking and flickering of the screen ... My monitor's warranty has expired ... Any ideas what could be the problem ?? And can this problem be fixed ?? Or will i have to purchase a new monitor ?? Thanks for d help in advance !! :)
Answer:

Try to give it to a service centre to repair it as it is a hardware problem. Users cannot repair monitor without experience.
