Can I connect my Ps3 Directly to a Monitor?

  • I wanted yo put my ps3 in my room without any of my tv's and I was just wondering If I can hook up my ps3 to my monitor with out a actual computer and if so i have been doing some research and the monitor i want has a vga input so do i need a vga input with a rca female or "input to connect???

    Why did you bother spending all that money on the PS3 if you are only going to hobble it by using that red-white-yellow garbage? That red-white-yellow composite connection is outdated low-definition boob-tube rubbish. Do yourself a favor and buy a monitor that supports HDMI. The PS3 works best over HDMI, which is a high definition connection that is far superior than that low-definition crap you insist on using. .
