Where can I buy the same kind of monitor the airport uses for flight information?

  • We would like to buy the same kind of monitor/screen that the airport uses to display flight information. This includes any other needed hardware/software. This is not to copy what the airport is doing exactly, but rather to display our own type of information. Where can we buy this type of equipment?

    Airports these days usually use big-screen HDTVs to display flight information. As long as your computer has either a DVI or HDMI output jack, you can connect that to any big-screen 1080p HDTV's HDMI jack. All you would need is a DVI-to-HDMI or standard HDMI cable.
