How do you clean crayon off of a television screen?

Can i use a 15 pin logic cable to watch television on my computer screen?

• ok so i plugged in my logic cable to my pc and my tv, i've looked at all of the options and as far as i know i've only been able to either see my pc screen on my tv screen or extend the original monitor into two, so i want to know, is it possible to see the television screen on my computer screen? and if so how do i do it? by the way the tv that i am using is relatively small, so it can be used as a pc monitor as well, this is why i am able to use a logic cable to connect the two.

  Not by using a simple cable such as you're using because the VGA ports on computers are outputs not inputs.
