Can you playback videos on a flip hd?

Does the fact that I have a 1366x768 resolution moniter mean I can't playback my 1920x1080 HD videos?

  • Answer:

No, it means that your picture will be scaled down to match the lower resolution.

I agree with the others, your resolution will be scaled down, but the difference will not be so much. At least, I don't see much difference in 720p and 1080p or i. I guess maybe because my tv is a 32" and not plasma, just lcd. Perhaps a plasma would make a larger difference in picture quality. I tired both on my tv and it is almost the same. Of course, my eyes are up to par either. lol. You should be able to see your HD pretty good, with the 1366 resolution.

scrubbag

No you can still play them they will not be in 1080p but will be scaled to 720p

bluedragon

It can, but the video will be to big for your screen you'll have to resize it. It's best to just play 720p videos

jaws

It means your HD videos will be downscaled to fit the screen.
