How do I manually set the resolution on the second monitor?
-
I am using my 19-inch tv as a second monitor to my laptop. It is 720p (1366*768). My laptop won't allow me to set it to that resolution. The options go to 1024*768 (what it was at default), 1280*720, and 1900*1200. I want to set it to 1366*768. How would I do this. By the way, my laptop is also 1366*768, and on the options, it says: "Generic Non-PnP Monitor on ATI Radeon HD 3200 Graphics".

Answer:
720p is 1280x720, dude. Use that. From wikipedia (and my brain!): Specifications 720p has a widescreen aspect ratio of 16:9, a vertical resolution of 720 pixels and a horizontal resolution of 1280 pixels, or 1280x720, for a total of 921,600 pixels. The 1280x720 format is always progressive scan, there is no interlace version of 1280x720.
