Computer screen sometimes becomes blue and "pixel?

I got a gray pixel on my samsung wave.so how to slove it? it's like a pixel that shins all the time when on.?

• this pixel is like a dead pixel,except for the fact that it is not black,instead it is like white or a shining pixel that becomes realy annoing in a black wallpaper or so.its presented on my samsung wave ii (s8530) screen and i rely don't know how to just erase or make it function again

  This is a common problem and each manufacturer has different rules about tolerances for dead and stuck pixels before they agree on a warranty repair.
