What is the best monitor for the Xbox 360?

What monitor should I buy for my Xbox 360?

I'm looking to get a computer monitor that I will use only for my Xbox 360 (I want one instead of a TV because I don't have space for a TV and plus I can use this if I ever get an Xbox and when I go to college). I am looking for something that is high quality and at least 23 inches. I also want it to be under $220. I have looked but it says all these specifications that I don't know and honestly I am not very techy, so I was hoping perhaps you guys might have better ideas of a good monitor. All I know besides the size it that I want it to have VGA and I would like HDMI.
