How do i resize my photo from 320x320 pixels to 240x 320 pixels?

  In Microsoft Paint there are two different methods. Before you do either, open the Image in Microsoft Paint. Method 1: Click Image then Stretch/Skew. In the Dialog Box next to Horizontal change the number from 100% to 75%. This method does not keep the aspect ratio, so it will squeeze the image inward, but the picture will be the correct size. Method 2: Click Image then Attributes. Once in the attributes box, make sure under Units that Pixels is selected, then change the numbers in the width box from 320 to 240. This will cut off the right side of the picture, but will keep the aspect ratio. You could also use the select tool (Top right on the tool menu) and through trial and error, try to select the correct size . You'll want to select the entire height of the image while leaving a little more than 12% unselected on both the left and right side of the image. Then you would use the keystroke Ctrl+C to select the interior of the selection, then open a new image (Ctrl+N) and paste your selection (Ctrl+V). Afterwards, click Image>Attributes and check the image size, once it says 240 width, 320 height, save your image (File>Save as). Hopefully this helped, sorry that the process couldn't be more exact but Microsoft Paint is a very limited program, if you used Photoshop or something similar, you have better options, but for a minor procedure this will get the job done.
