How do you play the games on TI-89?

How do I play 4:3 Visual Novel games on my 16:9 monitor without the image stretching?

• I like to play these visual novel games from japan on my computer, but a a lot of them are 4:3, and I have a huge 16:9 1080p monitor. So when I play them in a windowed screen, it's usually very small, but when I play in fullscreen, it stretches the image to fit every corner of the screen. And it's a little bad for my eyes to read the words stretched out like that, and the art looks werid stretched out like that. So my question is, how do I play it on fullscreen without it stretching, and no, the games themselves don't have an option that'll let me play it. I've looked at other sites, and all of them say that I can change that in my catalyst control center to stop 4:3 games from stretching and to keep the aspect ratio when set to fullscreen, but when I check mine, it doesn't have that option. I even upgraded it to what I think is the lastest version of my control center, which is AMD Vision Control center. My graphics card is AMD Radeon HD 5670. Actually, more specific, how do I change my scaling options with my graphics card?

  I don't know how to help with your particular graphics card, but if you set your resolution to be something smaller then the windowed mode game won't look so small and it'll be more playable.
