Help? Why is my TV Screen Flashing Pink and only showing half of the image?
-
I'm trying to use my LCD TV as the screen for my PC. I was given a VGA - RGB cable so I plugged the VGA end to my PC and the RGB to my TV. When I turned on the TV on half the image was missing, the screen was pink, and the half of the image that was there was duplicated 3 times. I read the TV manual and (using the old screen) changed the screen resolution to the recommended one and made sure it was on 60Hz, but it hasn't helped. Any suggestions?

Answer:
Sometimes you need to change the setting to use RGB.
