Why is my computer monitor turning rainbow colors ? read?

  • My monitor is turning a funny color, rainbow at the upper left. I plugged in some new speakers today, is it because of that or is this a sign of a dying puter monitor. ? Thanks

    It is interference from the speakers, move the speakers away from your monitor.

The problem is likely from your speakers, the magnets can wreak havoc with monitors, try moving them away from the screen and see if the discolouration disapears. Chances are that it will.
