How to watch films on TV from USB?

Connecting USB Flash drive to monitor in order to watch movies?

  • I have a PC monitor that also works as a TV (and that's how I currently use it). I'd like to watch films on this monitor, but I don't have a DVD player. I know that some DVD players also have usb ports, so I could use my memory stick. However, I've read that usb adapters could work well even if no such usb ports are available. My question is: if I use an usb adapter, is there any way I could watch a movie on my monitor?

  • Answer:

hey buddy .. first check what format does it supports most of the monitors suppport. divx, avi,mp4 if you find the correct format then simply formate it using any sofware and store it in a pen drive or the adapter( in case of adapter make sure its easly accessable, means not having much subfolders).. hope this will helpl :)

Haha okay I don't completley understand your question but here goes: Plug in your USB stick into your computer/laptop/whatever. Connect your computer/laptop/whatever to your external monitor - in this case the PC monitor. You'll see it just like it's on your computer. Play? I hope this helped. If not still thanks for the two points! :P
