Larger computer screen causing back muscle pain?
-
Hi Most people are happy with larger monitor sizes. Not me! At work, when I use a larger screen I start getting back muscle pain. I have no idea what the cause is. I'm not sure about the inch size. I'm used to using a 16 inch (I think) and these other ones are 19? or 20? inch. Has anyone else had back pain with larger screens? What can I do to get used to the screen and avoid back pain?

Answer:
Most likely cause is the angular posture that you have to assume now. Since it already manifest itself as pain you should have a chiropractor on the situation now, but a monitor is best to be under your eye level, about 5 degrees down when you look at it, in other words the top of monitor is on eye level.
