What is the difference betwwen the LCD monitor from a LED monitor?

Both monitors are LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) monitors. The difference with an LED LCD is that it uses Light emitting Diodes (LEDs) to provide the backlighting, rather than flourescent tubes. LCDs have the potential of using less power and being more controllable.
