What is the best large screen TV?

Large Screen TV - Best PC Graphics Card?

• I need to know some info about Graphics Cards and hooking it to a 70" LED TV. Without just plan out over kill or waste of money. When it comes to 70" or any large TV how does the Graphics Cards and the resolution with game playing stack up? I want to get really close to the best without just wasting money. I mean come on a Graphics Cards prices can really get crazy. Can I get by with say $200 card and play like Battlefield 3 in full resolution on large screen. Are does one need to buy a $500 to $800 card to get full resolution for a large screen TV. Any pros and cons other than just waste of money?

  You really don't have to have a really expensive graphics card for a big TV... I even used to play STALKER Clear Sky and Metro 2033 on my 61" HDTV in 1080p, with a 285GTX... See the need for a graphics card is totally determined by the resolution your monitor is compatible with... A 22" monitor capible of 1920x1080, has basically the same needs as a 70" HDTV in 1920x1080... You would still want to have a 560ti or a 6950 for good performance... But yes a 6870 will play in that resolution, in lower game settings...
