Why has my laptop screen confused black with red?

I need to buy a laptop, but i am very confused with the screen size, what screen size should i choose?

  • I need for browsing, workingon applications etc,. often movies

  • Answer:

Well, usually, when it comes to screen size, bigger really is better, but, with a laptop, there's also a trade-off with portability, so, if you travel with it a LOT, then keep it to 13" or 15", but, if it mostly sits on your desk and you don't travel with it that much at all, go bigger, and get the biggest one you can afford. Good luck!... ☺

I personally work off the philosophy that laptops are meant to be portable and therefore gargantuan screens are a waste of money for them. Stick to somewhere around 13-15"

Chip

15" is average, I assume. I'm comfortable with it but a lot of computers/laptops, usually Macs use bigger monitors like 19"

Attic Gnome

eh, 16 by 9 works for me
