Is it good to use my LCD TV as my primary monitor and primary TV?

Right now, I'm using my Sony Bravia 32" LCD TV as my primary monitor for my primary computer. I also use this TV as my primary TV. Will this ruin my TV?

Answer:
You don't have to worry about burn-in on LCD displays the way you do on plasma displays, but keep in mind the extra hours of wear you are putting on your TV by using it as a monitor as well.
