How do i make my computer screen brighter?

  • heres the probelem....... we have two screen one computer ( it was my dads idea ( i hate it ) )lol so 1 one screen it show the whole screen with barely any light..the other one its brighter and doesnt show the whole screen i need the one that shows the whole screen to become brighter

    Seriously? You don't know what to do!? Adjust the monitor's brightness... Computer monitors all have buttons that allow you to adjust the brightness. OR sometimes a menu that you need to look at to find the brightness setting.

Try the buttons under the monitor...if not good enough then go to the desktop , right click, graphics options and change em...well actually it depends on the pc, this is for windows xp :D hope i helped

first you need to try to adjust the settings on the computer under system prefences or your control panel, not sure what OS ure using but regardless, you need to change the brightness settings in the mainframe control panel. Secondly, it could be that the bulbs are of different type on the two screens unless they are identically manufactured and you need to get creative and find the unique settings that will match. If none of this works and the screens are old and not brand new the bulb may simply be on its dying breath and you need to work the better screen to display all the information. If ure on windows, you should look under screen settings and change the panel display options. tinker between 1 and 2 until you get the desired result

have you tried going into control panel, appearance and personalization and then display, then if you look on your left and side, click on adjust brightness.

check your keyboard. there could be a key that shows a bulb, or sun shape that you could press to increase or decrease the brightness.

If the two screens are the same, you have a problem. It is however normal that there is a difference in quality (just go see a video wall of television sets).
