Why does my computer screen keep turning off?

My computer screen keeps turning off about every 5 seconds it i have to keep restarting the screen?

Make sure your plugs (Wall and Monitor end) are pushed in really good.

First check the connections, there might be a lose plug or something, if every things cine withe the connections i suggest getting a new monitor.

get another monitor and b4 u o this try checking the power settings in the control panel u may have to do this with a different monitor set all settings to never in the power settings in cpanel
