How do i fix the blue screen of death?

• it was another glorious day in the land of me, i was playing my game and i decided i should watch a DVD on the computer, i opened the slot stuck it in and in about 5 seconds the computer crashes. the blue screen of death pops up, we have the disks to wipe the computer entirely clean, but we cant run them we turn on the computer and than the blue screen pops up. we have have online tech nerds try and get in but it would shut them out entirely,..... HOW DO I FIX IT i don't wanna hear that i have to take it in please just tell me wat i need to do to fix it... we did the testes and they came up perfect, with absolutely no problems we had over the phone help that took 5 hours and the indian man sead there was nothing he can do... please really help me

  You put your Windows disc in before you boot the computer not after. If it doesn't boot the Disc reboot and while at the black screen, press the function key for set up and go to the menus and make your CD/DVD drive the first boot option. Press F10 and it will save this and reboot. After play a game, the computer probably didn't return it back to the original graphics mode and when you tried the movie DVD it crashed the system
