How to discreetly monitor computer activity on administrator account?

  • My hp laptop comes with windows 7. Is it possible to install family safety on the administrator account, while secretly monitoring the activity of the people using the administrator account? For example, in the icons section on the bottom right of the screen, it currently shows a family safety icon with a red X on it, indicating with a caption saying that family safety is not monitoring the account. Is it possible to trick the user and make it seem as if family safety is turned off, yet discreetly keep activity reporting on? If that is possible, then how so?
