use a program called "hyper cam" link below http://www.hyperionics.com/hc/ it records the computer screen or any windows you want, and you can change record speed and such its not free technically but you don't have to pay for it > unregistered version is unlimited

you need a program called screen recorder,which records what's happening on your screen,both audio and video at the same time. try them out unregistered hypercam doesn't record sound. ZD soft is OK for game recording actually. well,camstudio is free completely,but sometimes so many problems come up to you. and i am using Total Screen Recorder,i think it is simply and easy to use,no lag happens while using.(good for game recording and teaching tutorials) you may have a try of them to figure out which one fits you most. http://www.totalscreenrecorder.com

Democreator can record what's happening on your screen,both video and audio,and then you can make some simple edition by yourself. I'm using Democreator,easy to ue with a high quality.There is the trial version for a couple of days.(trial version works as good as the registered one) But if you wanna more functions or "NO WATER MARKS",you need to buy the registered version.you should have a try of it and hope it helpful for you.
