How to Sharpen Monitor Image?

Monitor Image Scrambled Occurring With Online Videos?

  • Hello all. I have a Samsung Synchmaster T220 LCD monitor that is about a year old, connected to a desktop, running at its native resolution and refresh rate. Within the past week, I have been experiencing, in increasing frequency, an issue where the image will become unstable and begin to shake. The colors remain accurate, but the image behaves as if it is reacting to a heavy vibration, on occasion the image will go to black and return a few seconds later. It seems to only happen when I am watching a streaming video online (although I am not sure that is the only time that it will ever happen) and if I close whatever browser I am using at the time, the image stabilizes, whether it be coincidence or it is directly related to the closing of the video stream. I have made no upgrades to either my browser, plug-ins or any drivers on my machine. I have also checked all connections to the monitor and computer, as well as anything around it that may be causing interference. I was hoping someone could help point me in the right direction as to what the cause may be. My first guess is the video card may be the root cause, second would be the monitor itself. I appreciate any help you can provide. Thank you.

  • Answer:

3 rd reason could be the video stream is flawed and there is nothing wrong with your monitor
