  • Answer:

Your question here is not clear enough. First off what do you mean by you cannot play?? Do you mean that the picture quality is not as good or is it that the file dos not open at all. If it is the latter then you will need to download either Media Player Classic or Download K Lite Mega Codec Pack. The latter is better to be used since it already has MPC inbuilt and in addition to that it provides support to many other video formats too. Howerver if it is the first problem then as another one of our friends suggested here you should look to see if you have the right resolution set or not. Also look to see if you have set the screen refresh rate to the maximum available for your monitor too. This should probably solve your problem. If not please keep us posted.

Assuming that you have windows.. First, you need to figure out the resolution on your monitor. Once you have this, try changing the resolution to the monitor by right clicking the mouse on the desktop, and going to properties, and then display. Enter the resolution of you monitor and save the changes, it should take a second to adjust. good luck!

I think if you reinstall the video drivers,DirectX latest update and a good media player like VLC media player, you can play high resolution videos... For playing high Resolution videos you also need Graphic Memory(128 Mb)... I hope you got what u needed... good LUCK.......
