Can you get sound through VGA cable?

When I try to plug in my VGA HD/AV Cable to my monitor, the HDMI cable is in the way, so I cant get no sound..?

• Is there any other VGA HD/AV Cable that is smaller so they can both fit into the back of my xbox. I need it for sound from my headphones..

If your TV has an extra HDMI, you can go from your XBOX to your TV with HDMI If you use your HDMI for your TV for something else, and now want to use the XBOX in a separate connect, Most VGA connectors have the side screws and an HDMI-VGA split cable you would have to hunt around for without the side screws if that is what you mean. The VGA is only video which is why the audio is separated out.
