Why does my computer moniter flicker?
-
HP Pavilion tx1000z CTO Notebook PC
-
Answer:
Few things could cause the flickering on the LCD Heat - if your video card is getting too hot it will cause it. Does it do it all the time or just after it's been on for a bit? You could get a "laptop cooler" that goes underneath it to blow cool air onto the components to try and cool it down. Driver issue - Could be your graphics driver is corrupted and you need to re-install it. Could be your video card is about to fail - again still points to heat.. but try the first two before contacting HP Support.
