You put one hand on the top, and one hand on the bottom, and then twist your arms / hands round180 degrees. This should hopefully solve your predicament!

If there is an "auto-adjust" option/button on your monitor settings, that should solve the problem.

Try this: 1. From the desktop right click, properties 2. Under tabs go to settings 3. Click advanced 4. There should be a tab for 'rotation' 5. Mess with the settings there
