  • Answer:

There is a software called IMToo HD converter, I have it for converting from AVI to MP4 but there is this feature where I can make it HD and a higher resolution, when I compared the AVI and the HD, the HD looked more clear, but I think it just played with the brightness, contrast ect. so I dont think there is a software that could get you a better quality, just a higher resolution

well yeah you can increase the resolution it wont make the graphics any better just doing that tho it will only increase file size. that said you can make the quality seem better after increasing the resolution with anti aliasing and sharpening and other effects i know because ive done this on photoshop somtimes playing around with other things can help saturations ,brightness, noise, bluring, sharpening, colour changing. i've never tried doing any of this to a video but it would just be like photoashopping all the frames at once. all in all it probably wouldnt be worth the time spent for the gains. and woulfd probably be annoying finding the software for this.

You can but it won't increase the quality. It will just make the size of the file bigger.
