Whats wrong with my pc I have speed monitor pop up?

    if u want, you can set your computer back to a time wher it hasnt been doing it by going to start, all programs, accessories, system tools, system restore. Only do this if your computer has been acting like that for about a week or two, if so, set your computer back to the latest checkpoint.
