Ok 2 things to try, 1. Shut down your computer, then unplug you UPS, bypass and it and leave it off. Reconnect to AC power direct and power up. Is it still shaking? If so then: 2. Checking (and Changing) the Refresh Rate in your PC: Resolution Note: Some display adapters have proprietary software that may require additional steps. "Start" -> "Settings" -> "Control Panel" -> "Display" -> "Settings" The "Desktop Area" contains a horizontal scroll bar that is used to adjust the resolution. Point and click on the scroll bar to change the setting, try a lower res 1st, 600x800. Click "Apply" A message appears stating that "Windows will now adjust your display settings." Click "OK" The display flickers for a moment and reappears in the new resolution. NOTE: Some computers may require you to restart the computer for the new resolution setting to change. A message appears asking you "Do you what to keep this setting?" Click "YES" Is it still shaking? Then try this: Refresh Rate Start Menu -> Settings -> Control Panel Click on the icon "DISPLAY". Click on SETTINGS tab. Click on the button "ADVANCED". Click on ADAPTER tab. Change the Refresh Rate from Optimal to ADAPTER DEFAULT or 60Hz and click apply. If under the ADAPTER tab you do not see refresh rate, do the following: Start Menu -> Settings -> Control Panel Click on the icon "DISPLAY". Click on SETTINGS tab. Click on the button "ADVANCED". Click on the MONITOR tab. Write down the monitor type that is currently in use (so that you can change the setting back if you need to). Click "Change". In the "Select Device" menu, click on "Show All Devices". The device windows appears showing a list of manufacturers and a list of models. Select "(Standard monitor types)" as the manufacturer and select "Super VGA 1024x768" for desktops and "Laptop Display Panel 1024x768" for laptops. Click "OK" and reboot the computer if prompted. Try different refresh rates, mine uses a refresh rate of 75mhz. If it is still shaking after all this then have you IT guys replace the monitor. If it stopped shaking after bypassing the UPS, contact your IT guys and have it checked or replaced. Hope this helps.

I see no one has hit the problem on the head, If it is a CRT type then MOVE it across the room, My thoughts are that there is some EXTREME Electrical interference caused by a large power buss somewhere near your desk. usually up the wall. Try this and then go get an LCD as it is not affected by the EFI like a crt is.

Do you have a fan near the monitor? If so, that can be the cause of it. If not, and you sit in cubicles, you need to look on the other side of your cubicle and see if any of your co-workers have anything plugged in that may cause an electrical interference with your monitor like a fan, a radio or anything that's plugged into the electrical outlets that may be close to your monitor eventhough it could be on the OTHER side of your cubicle. Another quick test you can perform, is to move your monitor to a different spot on your desk just to see if the shaking stops. If it does, than you know there's something that's causing an interference with your monitor where it's currently sitting. Hope this helps. Good luck!

Go get a qualified technician to do the job. The culprit could be a lose solder in your horizontal/vertical IC try to re-solder it. I had experience it with my 8 pcs of AOC 5en monitors in my computer shop, same problem with you and even worst my monitors were shaking its display and even display's the image half-full horizontally.

IT is a power related problem .Call a electrician & have it checked ... 1.Check whether u get the enough voltage 2.Check whether the Earthing /grounding voltage is proper .Else re -do the earthing/groudning . there wudnt be any seriou problem with the monitor. DONT USE THE MONITOR IN THE SAME CONDITION AS IT IS NOT GOOD FOR YOUR EYES

Have you tried to degauss it? There should be an option on one of the buttons for your monitor for this. I hope it helps.

silly response question but do you use a walkie talkie or cell phone alot nearby it? some monitors react to the phones, that's a bad monitor but they react to the signal sent to the location tower, and some phones the signal is either too strong or the phone is going bad. one way to check if this is the problem is get some speakers (computer speakers are fine) connect them to a power source and the computet and turn up the volume don't play sound, you'll hear this annoying beeping kinda like a phone modem connecting to the internet. i ask because you mentioned you already changed monitor so it's most likely not the computer nor the monitors.

Try right clicking the desktop, then select properties, go to settings and then advanced, try increasing the frequency, not too much each time. If this works you've won. If not it's a job for your IT.
