Why does my computer keep turning off and restarting on its own????

  • Please help i dont know why my computer keeps turning off and restarting on its own! When it restarts the blue screen comes up and runs the C drive then 5mins later turns off again repeats and repeats to where i have to keep my computer off for a while please help?????????????????

our computer was doing that same thing. turned out it had a virus. unfortunately, the stupid thing was so messed up, we couldn't save anything. so don't wait a long time or you may lose everything on your comp.

when it retarts keep pressing f8 and then chose safemode with netwroking, when the bluescreen thing comes up press exit quickly so it won't do it. safemode is limited but okay to do quick things before taking it to a repair shop or check our website

Do you have a strong anti-virus? if not you might have run into a risk of having your machine infected. This is just coz some machines behave that way when a suspiscious program (virus) is running. try installing an anti virus.

Make sure the RAM modules aren't loose. It could even be a power fluctuation. Use a stabilizer and have a technician check your system.

i have this experience..it probably hard disc crash or motherboard faulty.. usually it caused by some bugs, everheated or viruses. ..i suggest u to bring it to workshop...its not small matter...
