-
Its like if I go into control panel and modify the settings to make it fit the resolution will look wierd and task bar will be all big etc. I can only get the screen to look normal when the black bars there. Is there a way I can get the screen/browser windows to fill up the whole monitor and still have everything look normal?

Answer:
There is a a onscreen display button find it and press it. Enlarge the vertical height that should take care of it. Let me know if that doesn't help.
