How do I connect my Dell Studio 15 labtop to my LCD TV?

HP or Dell for a new laptop?

  • Hey Everyone, I'm in the market to get a new laptop. I've always been a Dell guy but the HP's are looking good too now. I need something that will run fast, be modern for awhile and, be able to run my programming programs (Microsoft Visual Studio, Netbeans, etc.) also something that my girlfriend can play sims 3 on. Tell me what one of these three you think is the best and why, or if you have any sugestions let me know. Thank you! I would definitely say Dell, because the specs are waay better, you have a faster processor, hard drive of which has almost 200GB more than the HP's, and the price is still the cheapesst out of the 3. Sims should work on it, since it works on my old dell latitude o.o Um.. if you care, dell is more eco-friendly than Hp, i heard anywayy. And if you're worried about moderness and all that, the studio would be better. You should read the reviews for it, if you haven't already.

Dell Studio XPS Go for this Dell laptop - It's amazing. As my personal experience I bought a good refurbished laptop for my mom from this store - Why don't you check out for yourself too @ this store

Personally i would stick to Dell, I have a HP laptop and its gets very very hot and the wireless card does not work properly, it connects then disconnects and says it has no wireless drivers... so my advice stick to Dell, thats what my next laptop will be.

I would go with either of the HPs. I have had terrible experiences with my dell, when I first got it, the keyboard wasn't programmed, and the battery wouldn't charge. The dell's also shut down randomly on me.

-HPs are a lot better then dell so i would narrow it down to that -then if you look at it you can save money because with choice number 1 is about the same as choice number 2 except on 2 you may get a little bit better screen light but not that very much..and the 4GB DDR3 is just the same as 4GB DDR2..maybe on DDR3 you can get ohh lets say an estimate of 20 more things of memory and those two things dont add up for you to pay a hundred more dollars just for two things on choice #2 that are that much better.... SO GO WITH CHOICE NUMBER 1 :D ps: you said you wanted a thing that will run fast with hps run faster than dells and they are very much modernern than dell. im pretty sure she can play sims 3 on it too:)
