What could be causing this issue with my SD card?

• I transfered data from my android 16GB to my brand new laptop, I get a brand new 32GB SD card "both mini SD cards" now first off the problem all started with the phone I don't remember all the details but after transfering an app to my SD card with that app called App to SD, my phone suddenly stopped recognizing apps being installed on the SD card, I had to reboot several times before I stopped getting that message that the APP is no longer installed. I finnaly gave up reflashed the entire rom on the phone and the problem went away had no trouble with that, but then got an issue saying something about isufficient permissions so i reformated the SD card from the phone. I then got a brand new 32GB memory card i tried to transfer all my pics and music to my sd card It all goes smoothly except the fact no matter what it is i transfer if its to the SD card it transfers at 412kbs... up to 1.5mbps and never any faster and it says it'll take about 3hours - 1 day to transfer 11GB I can transfer anything else to anything else on the computer for example I can transfer that same data to any other drive on the computer I have 2 external hard drives hooked up I can transfer it to both of them in 2 minutes no problem. At first I thought it was just the memory card but then I realized this same slowness occurs with the 16GB memory card. then I figured it was just the USB cable so I slid the SD cards into my mini SD card to SD adapter and the same thing happened. Another issue ontop of this that i'm having is it all goes through and transfers no problem just really slow, at the very end of the transfer everything appears there but then I put it in the phone and its all gone nothing shows up on the phone when I plug it back into the computer its all gone... well partialy the folders are all there but there all empty and even worse... when I go to do the transfer again... "even more weird" it tells me i'm copying the files onto the same files... And asks if id like to over ride the old file or not... is this something with my phone my computer or both? I even thought maybe it was the data that I backed up maybe it was corrupt but I cant even get anything off my new computer to transfer.. I tried new pictures... music on my laptop... it just wont go to my SD card it absolutly refuses...

  hi Ur problem would be ur 16 gb Sd card. since U said ur 30gb card is working properly. so problem lies on 16gb card. U try to copy the files in 16 gb by using a cardreader. (i mean removing it from phone). then tr using 32 gb it might work.
