Can't find Dell Webcam manager icon?

I just took my Dell Inspiron 1420 to get a new hard drive and they put a new one in...but now Dell Webcam Manager is missing. I can get to Programs>Dell Webcam>Laptop Integrated Webcam>Dell Webcam Console, but not the webcam itself. Anyone know how to get to it?

Answer:
Try typing web cam in the start bar maby it will show. if it does send it to desk top then put it where you want it.
