What Printers Does Gateway Laptop Support?

Gateway laptop battery burned out, have warranty.?

• I have a Gateway M-7315u laptop i got for christmas of '08. I got a very extended warranty that goes for about four years with Gateway when I got it so I know it's still good, and just recently I've began to have the problem of the battery not holding a charge and I have to keep it plugged in when ever I use it. I want to put good use to the warranty my parents paid for, but the customer support on the gateway site (that by the way there phone support told me I had to use) is so terrible I can't figure out how to get them to send me one. Can someone please guide me through the process of how to do this? I refuse to pay for a battery of ebay or some other site when I have a warranty. Thanks!

  According to Gateway's support page, you must contact the company you might have purchased the laptop from, as it appears that direct purchases from Gateway do not come with extended warranty options. I would ask whomever purchased the laptop for you for Christmas where they purchased the laptop. If they have a receipt, that would undoubtedly be helpful. Contact the reseller of the laptop to inquire about any extended warranty that was purchased, and what the limitations and exclusions of the warranty may be.
