Why wont my laptop start up?

  • Last night I was browsing the internet when my laptop suddenly started shutting everything down. After completely shuttng down, it restarted itself. The first screen is the Toshiba logo, and then it changes over to a screen listing a couple patents. This is the screen it sticks on. I've tried pushing buttons and tried taking the battery and AC out, but it continues to go to this same page. The laptop is less than a month old. Can someone assist me, please?

    Try putting it on charge and turning it on. If it still happens, you have to get it formated, because there might be a virus. Disconnect any storage device connected to the computer.
