Why is my HP Toolbox not working?

Quickplay button and HP webcam not working for HP Pavilion dv5-1003nr running Windows 7 please help?

I just purchased a refurbished HP Pavilion dv5-1003nr running on Windows 7, it used to run on Windows Vista. The Quickplay button is not working neither is the webcam, all of the lights are lit up and some of the buttons are working, except for the quickplay button next to the power button. I've looked online to see if there was a solution to my problem, and have been unsuccessful. I've tried checking the drivers and it says everything is running properly I don't understand why the damn button and camera are'nt working this is literally a brand new computer.

Same with my dv41117nr it was before my cam is working tho but Quickplay is not capable of win 7 because there no software now its the v key instead of Alt+v because upgrading gives u a clean Pc like my new Dv4117nr Quickplay is now the v key
