Where should I recycle my laptop?

My laptop recently stopped working. I'm in need of some money so I was thinking I should recycle it for some cash. I was about to use cashforlaptops.com, but after doing some research I found negative reviews online. Does anyone know a good website I can try? Preferably one they tried or know some one who did.
