Why Windows 7 laptop showing no admin permission to change hosts file?

I am trying to change 'hosts' file on my windows7 laptop, but it's not allowing to save changes. I am the only user. Status is Admin in 'Manage Accounts'. can't make out why it's not allowing to change hosts file?????

Answer:
YES YOU ARE VERY STUPID I just wanted to say that. You need a screen recording software, such as FRAPS, and a good computer.

u can run this file as administrator... right click on the file and select 'run as administrator'.
