Is Netflix good to use on the PC?

Here's what I need the laptop for: I do a lot of drawing and photoediting in Photoshop Elements 8, and I use a Wacom Bamboo Fun tablet to do this. I cannot have this laptop lagging while I do that. I am also a horrendous multitasker, and I will type papers while listening to music and surfing the internet. I play a few computer games here and there, mostly tycoon games and Spore. Those are less important. Last but not least, I need this computer to be able to play video well, even when I'm drawing. DVDs, online streaming, Netflix, youtube, you know. It all has to run smoothly. Will this laptop deliver what I want?

  Well, this is DEFINITELY not the laptop for you. You like to multi-task, and this is a slow single core processor. You are going to do photo editing in a powerful program? With a very low quality integrated graphics card? This will not do what you want, especially with no lag.
