Is there a pen that will last forever?

My tablet pen isnt working?!?

• I just got a brand new pen for my CTE-450 bamboo tablet because I lost the last one. However, just today it hasnt been working. I always go to google to try to find my answer before resorting to Yahoo answers, but this is just terrible. Im not having pressure problems but the pen simply isnt working. I try to hover the pen above the tablet and if im on the desktop the little marque box starts to show up, and move out as i move the pen. But when I click nothing registers. I dont know if you get me.. but its a pain. if I right click on the pen the menu boxes will show up but I cant use the pen to click at all. Please help me out, I have commissions and things to do for customers and this is just a nightmare!

  Looks like a hardware issue. You might have to get it serviced.
