Spilling water on the keyboard would not have done any damage if you had allowed the keyboard to dry out before using it again. I'd say that the key might have some muck under it causing it to stick when pressed. As for any keyboard replacement? Nope, sorry, you have to get the same model keyboard which could range up to about $100. You could use an external keyboard, there are small keyboards available that you plug into the usb port. You could try a different version keyboard and the cable might fit but the shape would be different and not fit into the fitting.
