What is the best graphic card under 10000rs or $200?

  • HI friends i am buying a new pc.i want it for gaming but it have no video card so what is the best graphic card under 10000rs or $200?here are my pc speces- Intel Core 2 Quad Q8400 Processor (2.66 GHz, 4MB Cache, 1333 MHz FSB) Motherboard Intel G41 Chipset Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X4500 HD 3 GB DDR3 Memory 640 GB SATA Hard Disk (7200 rpm) DVD Writer Memory Card Reader (6-in-1) 6 USB 2.0 ports, 1 Headphone, LAN, VGA Ports 1 PCI Express (x16), 2 PCI Express (x1), 1 PCI 5.1 Channel High Definition Audio Compaq PS/2 Keyboard Ethernet 10/100 Weight: 8.5 kg

    I would go for the ATI radeon 6850 as you have a nice cpu , just add 1 GB more RAM .... But make sure you have the recommended power supply as mentioned in ATI 6850 site ... you can google the official site ...Best of Luck ...

with that budget,definitely Geforce GTX 460 or Radeon HD 6850.both are great cards for gaming.they perform very similar in most games.at stock,HD 6850 is very slightly faster than GTX 460.HD 6870 cost Rs.12000 so it is over your budget. http://www.tomshardware.com/reviews/geforce-gtx-560-amp-edition-gtx-560-directcu-ii-top,2944-6.html however to run either card,you need minimum 500 watts of power supply.GTX 460 needs 500 watts of power supply with two dedicated 6 pin PCI-E connectors.HD 6850 only requires one 6 pin connector.you need a power supply from good quality brands like corsair,antec,silverstone,seasonic even coolermaster is fine.don't use cheap power supply.

HD 6870 is your best bet Best performer for the price, couldn't get more performance unless you went around the ~$225 range for a gtx 560 ti.
