How can i fix my computer?

My computer always goes to startup repair and won't boot up normally! How can I fix it?

  • My computer had a virus, so i used malwarebytes software to find infected files and remove them. Then the program restarted my computer. I was so happy to see it working normally again for about 2 minutes before BAM blue screen of death attacked. When I restarted the computer it seemed to go well, but before it got to the log in screen this thing called startup repair appeared. When it was done it said that it needed to restart. So it did. The second time it appeared it said no problems were detected. So I thought the computer was fine and restarted it. But it appeared a third time this time saying that there is a problem but it can't be solved automatically. I tried going into command prompt in recovery mode and typing things to scan the computer and such, but nothing worked. I tried getting my original disk and reinstalling windows 7, but it said it couldn't since i was booting off of the disk (because i couldn't boot normally, so i had to try booting off of the disk). I tried running it in safe mode but even then it goes to startup repair. The one thing i took note of is that on the blue screen of death it said something like page_fault_in_nonpaged_area. I have no idea what that means. The last modifications that might've caused the BSoD I remember making on my computer before the blue screen of death appeared, was: Think Point virus attacked my computer, I installed malwarebytes, and I used malwarebytes to scan my computer and remove all infected files. But I don't think I backed up my computer in a few days and I have this video that I was making for my friends birthday that I just started yesterday and worked on for hours and I need it soon! I have no idea what to do now. I'm out of ideas. If there is more information you need from me in order to give me a really amazing answer that will save me and give you best answer and make you the awesomest person ever, feel free to email me either on my yahoo account or at [email protected] I would really really really REALLY appreciate it!!! PLEASE HELP ME!!!

  • Answer:

seems to be like a page file fault. what do you mean by 'booting off of he disk'?? anyway now the best thing to do is to do a fresh installation of windows. you said that first time it went up to the log on screen and got the blue screen. that means there are no boot errors and i don't still get how you tried to reinstall windows!! to recover the video just plug the hard drive to another computer and copy the necessary files to that one. try to install win 7 in the normal method. if you explain what this "so i had to try booting off of the disk" means i can help you to figure out a method.
