Answer:
If its happening after taking updates then you can always revert back to previous configuration. Use restore computer option and see if everything works fine. Restore in safe mode so that no problem arises during restoring. If you find any difficulty them put a comment and i will get back to you.

Dear, Please check which process is utilizing more memory you can find the same in task manager, also enable the counter to monitor, this can be done using performance monitor. Also check is your virtual memory is configured as per MS recommendation. I trust your virtual memory is not properly configured. Thank you...

First study English so you sound more intelligent. Second, 91% of how much RAM? 91% of 250 Megs. (megabytes) is as good as nuttin. (nothing). Third, 4 programs loaded? How much does each one take? Fourth, ALWAYS capitalize the 'I', even when in mid-sentence. Fifth, remember that all programs when on the task-bar are in RAM. Sixth, do not be too lazy to exit programs properly when not required. Seventh, streamline your Startup Folder. How? Later, when you give info to previous six points.

you can get this application called gamebooster. even though you arent playing games it will free up your ram by closing unnecessary applications. or use task manager and close the processes down but ONLY IF YOU KNOW WHAT YOUR DOING!
You must have lots of background program. Unistall them. Adding 2 Gb ram also help, they are cheap now. Its worth it since you have core 2 quad.

You can delete unnecessary programs. Or run disk defragmenter

Option 1, Upgrade your RAM. As my computer instructor for A+ Computer Maintenance and Repair said, "How much memory does a computer need? As much as you can get" and 2 GB is on the low end. It's the recommended Minimum for Windows 7. Try to get at least 4 GB if you can. Option 2. Start -> Search -> type 'msconfig', run the program. Go to the "Startup" tab, look for any optional service that doesn't need to run for the computer to run (in general, if it's made by Microsoft and you don't know what it does, leave it on to be safe, one of the things you can uncheck is the Microsoft Windows Operating System, that is, Windows itself). Anything not made by Microsoft you can safely uncheck, though leave your antivirus/antispyware running. This will give you some extra memory which will help performance a little bit, but once again, the first option is best. Option 3, Deep virus scanning. 2 GB may not go very far in Win 7, but it shouldn't be taking up *that* much memory, you may have something running in the background that shouldn't be running, gobbling up memory. Open the Task Manager and see what's running in the background and using the most resources. To do this: Right click on the Task Bar, the bar that the Start Menu is on, click Task Manager, click the Processes tab, click "Show all processes from all users", click the Memory to sort in order of how much memory is used, look at the top items. Clearing out some of the nonessential stuff using the most memory should improve performance.
