What Internet options are there in France?

Cannot open IE/MFF/GC and Internet options in Ctrl Panel?

• I recently had to activate the Rescue and Recovery program that brought my computer back a few montns as my mom forgot the password to the only Administrator Account. Now I can not open Internet explorer, Mozilla FireFox and Google Chrome. Internet opens itself as a blank page with a blank tab when you minimize it and is difficult to close. And Mozilla and Google chrome Won't even open at all. I tried to go to the control panel to see if I can change anything, but this particular part of the control panel 'internet options' Simply opens as a white box for like a tenth of a second then closes. I'm sure I saw that the Rescue and Recovery said it won't affect my programs but hell it did. Any suggestions would be good. I have internet connection, but I can use neither browsers or have access to the internet options section in the control panel. If this helps, my antivirus was ZonealarmExtreme Security I bought from the store, so it can't be a virus; it was working well for like a couple of months. After restoring I am prompted to enter my liscense key but to no avail it is invalid. It can be used three times, I only used twice, one on my Laptop(currenly using) and my desktop(the one with the problems mentioned above). What should I do? I really need some help here. Currently using Windows Vista and vulnurable to any cyber attacks.

  May i just say that you couldve googled how to reset the admin password with command prompt? Also, have you tried updating your drivers via device manager?
