Windows XP MICROSOFT.NET Framework 2 Windows?

I am running on Microsoft Windows Media Centre 2002 I Need Microsoft NET Framework 2 for my system - I need this to install Service Pack 3 - Does anyone have or can point me to a link please? I have tried the Microsoft site but couldn't see anything. All answers and comments are always appreciated - Thank you

Click in Start...All Programs...Windows Update, when that opens up and does it thing, select the "Custom" button rather than express. When that opens up on the left side panel select "Software, Optional" it should be listed in there. I would recommend selecting all updates that are in there and download and install them, along with any "High Priority" updates.
